The concept of synergy homes

The building that stands on an area 9m x 22m with elongated shape to the back of this place needs a space for the family as the primary target. This design approach leads to design rules are straightforward, functional and looks clean with a visualization that attempts to optimize the space-in. The facade of the building shows the application of the concept of a dwelling house oriented to the living-in for example, the entry door as if hidden because you are on the side. When you sign in, we first see swimming / reflecting pool and a new look in the spaces partitioned by the sliding glass door wide so that the space within as if one with a terrace and pool area earlier. Structuring space interconnected between areas inside and patio area is managed to give the impression of flexibility especially during special events such as meetings of family and relatives. Two-storey building consists of a family room, dining room, and guest rooms on the ground floor while the master bedroom, child’s bedroom and studio room and library upstairs. Sunlight and natural air flow is available both through the wide openings, sliding doors and skylights that save energy.

Display clean look at the occupancy is obtained with the use of modern furniture that is simple and the application of all-white color to the material covering the floor, walls and ceiling. As for the roof using lightweight steel construction with a roof covering made of bitumen mixed with organic fibers that can not only withstand the sun’s heat but also be soundproofed. Applications dark colors for furniture offset the impression of “light”from the other interior elements. Overall occupancy is able to accommodate its function as a design for a modern urban society.
